2.Cost and method of payment
a. Price in indonesia rupiah 2.500.000/ m2(square meter)
cost of pre-fabrication within Indonesia
b. Down payments : 50% of total pre-fabrication cost we will start pre-fabrication as soon as
we receive the down payment.
c. Second payment : 30% of total pre-fabrication cost when the materials and workers arrive
at the assembly site.
d. third (last) payment : 20% of total pre-fabrication cost uponcompletion of assembly.
